LIBRARY

There is an outside always accessible common reading room with a seating capacity for 150 students where they can bring their own books or material and read. The inside reading room hall accommodates more than 250 students with modular and most comfortable luxurious furniture giving privacy to each student to avail his library services. A separate post graduate reading room with 100 seating capacity is situated on the first floor of the library. Additionally also a separate reading room for the staff. The text books and reference books of all the required specialties and subjects significantly relevant to undergraduate and postgraduate education are stacked in this hall systematically so that students can pick them easily. Computerised cataloguing is done for easy access of books to them.

The digital library with 40 computers on both first and second floor provides convenience for the end users in access to browse the internet, to view the C.D'S and to have the connectivity to the digital library of the affiliated Dr. N T R University of Health Sciences. In addition to this the library provides the access to downloading the developments in the field of medical science. Printer and photocopier are available for the students to make copies of any reference material they require. Separate toilets for men and women, safe drinking water and coffee wending machines are provided for the students’ utility. The library remains open from 9 AM to 12 PM.
